Vulture Day will be held 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 23 with participants meeting at the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Visitors Center. It will include a guided walk for 20 participants to the North Lookout to watch for and learn about the turkey and black vulture. People will also learn about Hawk Mountain’s Turkey Vulture Migration Project and how to follow their movements using the Internet.
